Product Introduction

This series of products is mainly composed of high molecular weight compounds polymerized from different functional groups such as polyamines, polyols, epoxides, and various resins with epichlorohydrin and epoxyethane as initiators. The product is water-soluble and oil soluble, and can provide dry agents or finished products in over 100 models. It is specifically used for demulsification and dehydration of various types of crude oil, as well as desalination in refineries. This product can also improve the transportation conditions of crude oil and has a good effect on reducing condensation and pressure.

The company independently develops and has functions such as fast demulsification speed, dry dehydration, clear oil-water interface, low-temperature demulsification, etc. It has targeted formulas for various heavy oils, wax containing oils, and polymer containing crude oils, with low dosage, low cost, and strong compatibility.

Application

1. Due to the strong targeting of demulsifiers, indoor simulation screening and evaluation experiments are usually conducted for different blocks of crude oil and different on-site processes. Firstly, preliminary selection, double selection, and then compounding are used to determine the product, and finally on-site experimental verification is carried out;

2. After years of technical accumulation, Deshi can basically find suitable products for conventional crude oil, heavy oil, wax containing oil, condensate oil, various enhanced crude oils, as well as low temperature, desalination, demulsification and clean water requirements;

3. The concentration for on-site use is determined by indoor bottle testing, generally 20-100ppm, using direct or secondary dilution continuous injection system;

4. Protective equipment should be used during operation. If the product splashes onto the eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of water or seek medical treatment promptly;

5. The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, and kept sealed to prevent leakage.
