Product Introduction

The product is polymerized into non-ionic, cationic, and anionic types. It has multiple branched chains and excellent bridging flocculation ability, which can quickly connect and disperse oil droplets in water, and gather and float them up, enabling oil-water separation. The product is widely used in the oil removal and clarification of oilfield produced oil containing wastewater or in the purification and oil removal treatment of refinery wastewater.

According to the different locations of the dosing points, it is possible to ensure that the compatibility with other drugs in use is not affected. Choosing the appropriate product type can effectively solve the purpose of water purification. Compared with inorganic flocculants, it produces less impurities in the flotation process and is more suitable for wastewater treatment with high oil content. Application

1. Before use on the production site, bottle testing should be conducted to determine the appropriate model and dosage. Generally, the on-site dosage is between 10-50ppm (depending on the difficulty of sewage treatment);

2. The dosing point should be reasonably determined according to the equipment conditions of the production system, but it should be ensured that the chemicals are fully mixed with the treated wastewater before entering the equipment;

3. The dosage of the medicine adopts a plunger metering pump, which should be evenly and continuously injected into the system. Due to the excellent water solubility of the product, it can be directly injected into the original solution or diluted with water for injection.

4. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place.
