Application
This series of products are mainly used in natural gas wells to reduce fluid accumulation in the wellbore and solve the problem of difficult foam drainage in gas wells; The product should be designed according to the requirements of the scheme and used in conjunction with the on-site process flow. It is recommended to add a dosage of 1000-5000ppm.
Classic case
A natural gas well in a certain block in China is relatively deep, with high gas reservoir temperature and high condensate oil content, which requires extremely high foaming and stable foaming performance of foaming agents. DEX Reagent D-2004 is a foam drainage agent product developed for the difficulty of foam drainage in natural gas wells. The product is characterized by high temperature resistance, high condensate resistance, methanol resistance and high salinity resistance. Technicians from Deshi used the formation water in this block as experimental water and D-2004 as experimental reagent. Under the conditions of a temperature of 90 ℃ and a dosage of 3000ppm, their foaming ability, stable foaming ability, and liquid carrying capacity were tested. The experimental results were approved by Party A and are currently being continuously supplied.
