1. The surfactant DSSL-3 for dual compound flooding in high temperature and high salt reservoirs had been successfully applied in Shengli oilfield Shenger block. The agent can ensure the ultra-low oil-water interfacial tension, and the oil increasing effect is remarkable. The surfactant DSSL-7 for dual compound flooding had been successfully applied in Shengli oilfield Chengdong west block. The company had obtained 2 national invention patents (Patent No.: ZL200910230382.6, ZL200910256021.9) in this series of products.
2. We solved the problem that the demulsification and dehydration of crude oil can not up to the standard because of the application of technology of dual compound flooding by the improvement of organic silicon demulsifier in tertiary oil recovery. At the same time, we improved the adaptability of the product and applied for the national invention patent (Patent No.: ZL201210115016.8). The company has its own patent (Patent No.: ZL200910019317.9, ZL201210459276.7) to solve the technical problems of demulsification of low temperature crude oil and heavy oil.
3. In 2011, our company and Xi'an petroleum university jointly developed the technic of multi-functional high temperature anti-emulsifying oil displacement agent to improve the effect of steam stimulation, which had been applied successful in Xinjiang Chunfeng oilfield 601 blocks. The effect was significant and the oil recovery was increased by 3 ~ 5%. We had applied for national invention patent (Patent No.: ZL201210115019.1).
4. In oilfield sewage treatment, the company has independently researched and developed three kinds of cationic water purification products, and two kinds of products have been successfully applied in the scene, which are both meet the requirement of water quality standard of reinjection water in oil field. After years of research and development, the corrosion inhibitor has been successfully applied in Shengli oilfield. We had applied for national invention patent (Patent No.: ZL200910262595.7).
5. In December 2012, we researched and developed pilot project of “Shallow layer ultra heavy oil poly-thermal fluid auxiliary chemical agent flooding” together with the China university of petroleum and Sinopec Shengli oilfield, which has been successful carried out in the oil field. In April 2013, we worked with Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology to carry out the research on the catalytic hydrolysis technology of heavy oil, which has achieved good stage results and will be put into field experiments this year.
6. In December 2014, the experts of municipal technology bureau organization committee identify that our company’s independent research and development of project named "Research of DS type demulsifiers of low temperature crude oil in tertiary oil recovery " has reached the international advanced level, and won the third prize in science and technology progress of Dongying city.
7. In September 2016, we started research and development of microbial oil recovery technology together with the Beijing university and has finished experimental work of two wells in Shengli Oilfield Xinchun Oil Factory, which has achieved remarkable results. The improvement of the strain is being carried out and will be further promoted.
8. In December 2015, we worked with the California Institute of Technology to build the California Engineering Research Institute of Energy and Environment, and relevant projects have been launched.
