
Product Introduction
This product is mainly used to inhibit and remove scaling in oilfield wastewater, effectively protecting oil reservoirs, water injection pipelines, and equipment. At present, the main self-developed products are organic phosphines, organic phosphonates, polycarboxylates, etc., which can effectively prevent calcium carbonate scale and calcium sulfate scale, while also inhibiting pipeline corrosion and having anti scaling and corrosion inhibition effects.

Application
1. The product is mainly used in high-temperature oil and gas production wells, surface sewage systems, and production water reinjection systems to effectively prevent carbonate and sulfate scale;
2. The injection concentration is determined based on the severity of the on-site scaling trend. A concentration of 5-50ppm based on the total water volume is usually sufficient to prevent scale deposition in the system;
3. For more thorough mixing and better performance, the injection point should be selected at the position before scale formation.
4. The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, and kept sealed to prevent leakage.
