Product Introduction

The ultra-low concentration guanidine gum crosslinking agent is a boron complex formed by the reaction of boric acid with various ligands under certain conditions, which crosslinks with guanidine gum and its derivatives. This product maintains excellent viscoelastic and sand carrying properties, reduces construction friction, significantly reduces fracturing system residue, and minimizes its damage to fracture conductivity and reservoir permeability.

High temperature boron crosslinker is synthesized from boron compounds and ligands under certain conditions. This product has the characteristics of good high temperature and shear resistance, strong sand carrying performance, thorough gel breaking, and minimal damage, which can better meet the needs of high-temperature deep well reservoir transformation and ensure construction quality and effectiveness.

Organic boron crosslinking agents are formed by the reaction of boron compounds with polyhydroxy and carboxyl complexes. The product has the characteristics of low filtration loss, strong sand carrying performance, good temperature and shear resistance, and minimal damage.

Application

This series of products crosslinks water-soluble thickeners to form stable gel, which has the advantages of high viscosity, good fracture making performance, strong sand suspension ability, and low filtration loss. It is widely used in medium and deep well fracturing operations such as oil well production and water well injection, especially suitable for high sand ratio, large sand volume, wide fracture making, and deep penetration fracturing construction.
